What we offer

  • Support Circles: Small, facilitated groups for bereaved parents and loved ones.

  • Pregnancy After Loss (PAL): Gentle guidance for navigating a new pregnancy with grief and hope.

  • Remembrance & Rituals: Candlelight gatherings, Wave of Light, and creative memory-making.

  • Resources & Referrals: Trauma-informed therapists, doulas, and provider partners who understand perinatal loss.

  • Training for Providers: Brief bereavement and trauma-informed care workshops for clinics, doulas, and all communities.

Bereaved mothers and birthing people, partners, grandparents, siblings, and close friends across Asheville and Western North Carolina—inclusive of all birthers and families

The Embrace Foundation offers support to families in Western North Carolina who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, and birth trauma.

 

Our aim is to provide calm and nurturing spaces for families to remember, connect, and heal together. We believe that no family should have to grieve alone.
