Infant Loss Support Circle
Are you feeling anxious, isolated, and grieving due to second-trimester infant death?
This compassionate, therapist-led support group is designed for birthing people navigating the heartbreak of miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal loss. Over six 90-minute sessions, participants are guided through a gentle, structured process that fosters connection, understanding, and healing. Through shared storytelling, psychoeducation, mindfulness practices, creative expression, and guided reflection, members gain tools to manage overwhelming emotions, challenge guilt and shame, honor their baby’s memory, and rebuild identity after loss.
Whether you are seeking community, a safe space to process your grief, or support in moving forward, this group offers a nurturing environment to help you feel seen, supported, and less alone on your healing journey.
